The unscented moisturizer will smell somewhat like the raw ingredients used.

This particular product has a mild smell of olive oil, and a subtle hint of the beef tallow. When applied to warm or hot skin, the scent can sometimes be more prominent.

We purposefully choose not to go through an extensive process to remove the smell from the beef tallow, as prolonged exposure to for example heat would degrade the quality of the raw fat used.

We only use natural essential oils obtained through a method called steam distillation from 100% natural sources.

This extraction method uses hot steam only to obtain the oils from plants or herbs, such as Rosemary or Mint.

The end product therefore is 100% chemical free!

All ingredients of the moisturizer can technically last up to a year or even longer.

However, once opened, it is best to use the container within a timespan of 6 months to ensure freshness.

The beef tallow is 100% grass-fed, certified organic, and comes from Dutch cows that graze in natural reserves, and are therefore not exposed to pesticide sprayed plants.

The honey is raw and from local Dutch beekeepers.

The beeswax is certified organic.

The skin of children and especially babies is extra sensitive.
