Who is Skin Coach Tanel

Tanel lives in Estonia with his wife and son. His expertise on eczema comes from a long and hard journey of personal experience. How to use the tallow balm most effectively?

My recommendation is to only use tallow balm after washing the skin first. If you have rashes on the hands, just wash your hands before applying the tallow balm. The same applies to the face. Most importantly, the tallow balm should be used after each and every shower you take. Apply it during the first 3 minutes of stepping out of the shower, first tap your skin dry with a clean organic cotton towel, then massage the tallow balm in. The reason we don't want to keep re-applying the tallow throughout the day without washing first is because that can cause an itchy layer to build up with the dust and residues of daily life gathering on the rashes. Therefore, it's best to wash the skin/rashes before using the tallow.

How to use the bath salt most effectively?

Salt soaking is best done before a shower. Use a handful of salt in a bowl with warm water, keep the affected skin areas in the water for up to 20 minutes. Alternatively, take a bath if you have one with full body submersion in the salty water. Then proceed with the shower, use the tallow soap only.

Can I use the tallow soap on the face as well?

Yes, the tallow soap is multifunctional, simple, and natural. I, personally, use only one product for the whole body, including the hair, face, body and washing the hands throughout the day. You will have 2 pieces of soap to ensure you start only using this soap. For example, keep one in the shower, one in the kitchen for washing hands. This way, you don't start using a harmful soap on your sensitive hands.
